employers vs employees

so at my new job...the rules have changed. originally i was supposed to have benefits (health insurance, paid time off, etc) and now, not. originally i was supposed to work monday thru friday and now, not. i work m-f and every other saturday, mandatory. originally my schedule was 10-2 and now, not. it's 10-3. these new rules are very much annoying to me. but i sure love getting a paycheck, no matter how small. i did however, apply for another part-time job today.
