Our kindergarten teacher is amazing. Harrison started school in September 2005 and he learned to read before Christmas 2005. I vounteer at least once a week helping Ms Garbett help the children learn to read. She has a very successful program and some very smart kindergarteners. I am one lucky mom to be able to watch these phenomenal children learn to read. They learn quickly and their confidence grows at an equal pace. Ms Garbett was out sick last week and Harrison and I both missed her. It's nice how schoolmates and/or coworkers become like a little family. I love that warm, comfortable, smily feeling it gives me to be with them. Hmmm...perhaps love is that simple.
